hopefully this goes better then the Rob Schneider thread which was a big mistake. :(

but Wahlberg is an awesome actor so this should go well.

the best acting he does in movies for me is:

The Departed
We Own The Night
Shooter
Invincible
Four Brothers

out of that list, the best for me is Shooter.

shit,i forget to mention boogie nights he was awesome in that.

I didnt see any of those movies because they looked dumb except for The Departed.

As for my opinion, I thought he was great in Boogie Nights.

I can dig him alright because I fucking love love LOVE Boogie Nights. Also have a weirdo obsession with Fear. I think that dates back to my junior high days when the roller coaster scene was CRAZY. Something about his voice bugs the fuck out of me though. I can't quite put my finger on it. It's nothing that would make me actually dislike him enough to not watch him, but it definitely irks me. Rock Star was pure fucking shit. For some reason I saw Four Brothers... I don't think I need to say much there. :(

i voted four times because i could. he put in great performances for the departed, i heart huckabees, boogie nights, and three kings.

although to be honest i don't remember anything about three kings.
