by the end of this year I will have taken approximately 89,000 standardized tests

in march I took the sat
reading: 680, math: 720, writing: 730
I'm taking it again in june because I could've done better on reading (I got a 740 on a practice test)

tomorrow I'm taking took sat subject tests, french and us history. I got 760 and 770 respectively on practice tests so I'm not all that concerned about them.

in the next two weeks I have three ap tests. french on monday, us history on friday, english language the next wednesday after that. so much studying to do. I've gotten in the 4 range (out of 5) on all of them in practice, but I really wanna bump at least one of them up to a 5.

so yeah my life is basically defined by this bullshit right now.

got my marks back for this semester. I failed my first course ever, my worst semester yet. In one course the class average was 57%, what an asshole prof, that shit should be scaled to at least 70%. (my mark in that class was 69%). glad living in canada (and going to university here) I didn't have to take SATs.

for some reason, my grade on the writing section of the SAT got lower every time i took it. practice test my sophomore year i got a 9/10, first time i really took it i got like a 690 or so, and the third time was like a 610. luckily.. no one looks at those. yet.

Ive got AP Psychology and Economics coming up in a couple weeks. I took the ACT last year (got a 32) as well as AP US History and AP Biology (4 and 5 respectively). After these last AP tests ill be done with testing for a while i think.

Monday: AP Gov
Tuesday: Calc test part 2
Wednesday: Physics final parts 1&2, world history test
Thursday: AP Lit, Calc test part 1
Monday: AP Physics
Thursday: AP World
Monday: Calc final, German final
5/20: Last day of school
5/22: AP German

I think I got a 2100 on the SAT without any classes, and a 32 on the ACT. 750 on the Lit subject test, 740 on the US History subject test. Got fives on both the AP English Language and AP US History tests last year. Any standardized test with a large multiple choice section, with the exception of maybe AP Physics, is one of my favorite school activities. I'm going to have a year of college done.

i have anthropology and finance midterms on monday and tuesday, respectively. the latter is going to be real hard. we've covered a ton of shit in just 5 weeks and apparently my teacher gives long, difficult tests. he said it'll take most of us the entire 2:15.

anthropology test was a breeze, took me 15 minutes. i was the first one done. when i finished i slammed my pencil down, stood up on my chair and shouted, "I WIN!" and everyone applauded.

now i have to study and write out a page of notes in microscopic print for finance midterm tomorrow. yay!
