This one's not too hard. No offense to Star Fox, but Link to the Past IS The Legend of Zelda. You ask someone what element they love most about the Zelda series, and there's a 90% chance that that element came or was perfected from this game, whether it was the massive loads of secrets, the item size and progression, the dual worlds, it all started here.

Link to the past by a long shot, probably the best game in the LOZ franchise, and one of the greatest games to come out of the SNES

64 is the awesome Star Fox. Know this. Although this one is not bad by any means, its jump to 64 was a HUEG improvement to the OG one here.

ALttP might be the penultimate Zelda game, and is the one I give most support to to go on from here.

Every comment so far is right on. ALttP is the best SNES game, and Star Fox was much better on the N64.

TLoZ:ALTTP is one of the greatest games of my childhood, certainly my favorite SNES game and in my all-time favorite video games.
