Well, Halo may be the more important game of the two and I probably should vote for it, but I just love the Mario Kart gaming series too much. There are very few racing game series that I like, but this was a game that I could pick up and play due it's colorful graphics, zany rules and controls, and accessible gameplay modes. It changed a lot of the rules that applied to racing games (if not universally, then at least for me), and for that, I'm very grateful to this game.

I have to give it to Halo. I seem to be one of the few who likes Double Dash the most.

Halo's stupidly overrated.Mario kart created a whole new genre.

I would be devastated if Halo did not win. It's one of my favorite games ever and it was one of the first great console shooters.

I seem to be one of the few who likes Double Dash the most.

my fave of the series was probably double dash. MKDS was good. 64 was good too. I thought mario kart 64 was... well that beside the point here.

my vote goes to super mario kart. not that halo is a bad game, i just suck balls at any shooter.

Super Mario Kart is my pick. Halo is a good game, but I've seen better FPSs.

Super Mario Kart is one of the all-time great racing games.

Halo was pretty cool...wait, not it wasn't. It was bland, boring, dull and lifeless. Super Mario Kart easily gets my vote.

Very hard and 2 very different games But since I have played halo a bit more then the snes version of mario kart I voted halo.

The original Mario Kart was clunky and hard to control. This was extremely evident to me once MK64 was released. Have to vote for Halo for being the funner game for saving the Xbox.

PS - off topic, but I just noticed Neb is Neb again and the "RIP initals krew" in the sig. Welcome "back" Neb.

Even though Halo is one of the games that introduced me to First-person shooters and was what made me a fan of them, picking it over a Nintendo classic like SMK would be impossible to do.
