Gotta be Goldeneye. I spent so much damn time on that game back in the day and I still play it from time to time so I gotta vote for that. One of the best games ever.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, gotta say I never saw the appeal of GoldenEye. Granted, my only experience of it was watching a friend play it on his N64 and refuse to share.

Sands of Time was a wonderful game that revitalized a long forgotten series with polished gameplay, a fun combat system, and great exploration bits. But there are few games out there more fun, or more important than Goldeneye. Not only was it one of the finest single-player and multi-player experiences out there, but it started whole new trends for the FPS like transitioning from PCs to consoles, and objectives and gameplay beyond shooting anything that moves, and it did all of this with style.

That's a tough choice. Sands of time is a personal favorite with an solid combat system and a great story. I do recall playing the original myself. But Goldeneye on the other hand, in addition to being the first in a line of Bond Games, defined the first person shooter on the console. I'm going with Goldeneye because I spent more time playing it.

I could never get anywhere in goldeneye. however I loooove prince of persia, one of the few games I was ever really good at.

unfortunately it's gonna lose :(

Prince of Persia's run is at an end. I personally don't think the FPS genre would be anywhere as good or as popular as it is today without Goldeneye.

This is kinda tough so I'm giving PoP kind of a pity vote because I think its one of the most exotically beautiful games made in a while. But I do think Goldeneye does kind of deserve to go on so I don't mind since its kind of a landslide.

goldeneye. as much as i love PoP: SOT, i never sat up playing it all night long.
