Only one with Burns smithers relationship?
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-06-2007, 07:46 PM
nope. :D give up?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-06-2007, 07:47 PM
Yep.
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-06-2007, 07:48 PM
burns verkaufen is the only one that didn't parody the grinch.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-06-2007, 07:50 PM
Good one.
Tis The Fifteenth Season
Marge Be Not Proud
Simpsons Roasting On an Open Fire
Kill Gil: Volumes 1 and 2

Starman
12-06-2007, 07:54 PM
Kill Gil is the only one that sucks?
Simpsons_Fanboy
12-06-2007, 08:19 PM
Good one.
Tis The Fifteenth Season
Marge Be Not Proud
Simpsons Roasting On an Open Fire
Kill Gil: Volumes 1 and 2
Miracle on Evergreen Terrace
Marge Be Not Proud is the only episode that wasn't a Christmas-special.
That was quite obvious.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-06-2007, 08:28 PM
It was that Kill Gil is the only one with those grinch creatures. And Marge Be Not Proud is technically a Christmas special, even if the main focus was on Bart's shoplifting.
Simpsons_Fanboy
12-06-2007, 08:35 PM
It was that Kill Gil is the only one with those grinch creatures.
That's like saying "Homer's Barbershop Quartet" is the only episode that showed the Be-sharps.
Shadow The Hedgehog
12-07-2007, 02:44 AM
Bart
Lisa
Maggie
Rococo Fox
12-07-2007, 06:14 AM
Maggie is the only one whose default outfit is not red?
Bart because he's the only male?
G.K. Willington
12-07-2007, 08:18 AM
Maggie is the only one not at school?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-07-2007, 10:16 AM
That's like saying "Homer's Barbershop Quartet" is the only episode that showed the Be-sharps.
Yes, it is, and it is a way that makes it different from other episodes. The point of the game is to list episodes, characters, etc, having a specific one being different from the others because of something that would be hard to guess. That's just what I did, so I don't see the problem. And please don't take this post offensively, I've seen your other posts and have always considered you a great member! :)
And as for the Odd 1 Out, is it Lisa since she is the only one who plays an instrument?
Simpsons_Fanboy
12-07-2007, 02:20 PM
Bart
Lisa
Maggie
Bart because he's the only one without the awkward haircut of Lisa and Maggie's.
Shadow The Hedgehog
12-08-2007, 10:19 PM
Bart because he's the only one without the awkward haircut of Lisa and Maggie's.
That is correct.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 07:58 PM
Since there isn't one up I'll make a new one:
Bart Star
Lisa the Greek
Lisa on Ice
Rococo Fox
12-09-2007, 08:04 PM
Bart Star is the only non-Lisa-centric episode?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 08:07 PM
Nope, though that could work. I was thinking two things: Lisa the Greek is the only one where the kids themselves are not playing a sport, and Mike Scully worked on all of them except for Lisa the Greek. Don't you love Lisa's lines in Bart Star about a girl joining the team and using a pig's skin? I felt so bad for her after that.
Aww, I was just about to say Lisa the Greek for the first reason you gave...
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 08:09 PM
You can still make one, Ivan.
Rococo Fox
12-09-2007, 08:09 PM
Haha, I thought maybe it was the only one where the kids weren't playing a sport. And yes, I love Bart Star and the lines in it. :)
Jessica Lovejoy
Bart
Miss Springfield
Lisa
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 08:10 PM
Bart is the only male. Miss Springfield is the only voice you hate. Lisa is the only character out of those who is truly excellent. Are any of these correct?
Miss Springfield is the only adult?
Rococo Fox
12-09-2007, 08:11 PM
Haha, those are good answers (although I consider Bart to be a truly excellent character too). Jessica is the odd one out though...can you guess why?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 08:12 PM
She is the only one who is related to a religious figure of the community? She was a one time character?
Rococo Fox
12-09-2007, 08:12 PM
Nope...give up?
Jessica Lovejoy because she's the only one voiced by a guest star (Meryl Streep)?
Because she's the only one without blonde hair?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 08:13 PM
I give up.
Rococo Fox
12-09-2007, 08:16 PM
Because she's the only one without blonde hair?
Correct!
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 08:17 PM
Good job, Ivan!
Hoorah! :)
Flanders
Homer
Apu
Rococo Fox
12-09-2007, 08:22 PM
Homer is the only one who is not deeply religious?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-09-2007, 08:56 PM
Apu is the only Hindu?
Nope.
It's Flanders, guess why.
hes the only one with a mustache and/or glasses
Starman
12-10-2007, 04:25 AM
Is it because Flanders has the least amount of children?
Flanders is the only left handed guy?
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 03:06 PM
flanders is the only one who is republican?
Nope, once again I ask, give up?
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 03:13 PM
i never give up! um...flanders is the only one who's wife is dead?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 03:14 PM
I give up.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 03:20 PM
He is the only one with glasses?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 03:25 PM
He is the only one who has a summer home?
Nope
Think more things to actually do with his character.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 03:45 PM
I give up.
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 03:46 PM
he's the only nice one. XD
I may as well just say it.
He's the only one that is a senior citizen (Viva Ned Flanders)
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 03:55 PM
Oh, that's a good one.
Lisa on Ice
Bart Star
Lisa the Greek
Lisa's First Word
EDIT: Changed Boys of Bummer to Lisa's First Word
Lisa the Greek because it's the only episode where a family member doesn't actually PLAY a sport?
EDIT: GAH!!!
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 03:57 PM
bart star is the only one without the word lisa in the title? XD
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:00 PM
Neither are what I had in mind, but since SHH's could work, he can make the next one. It is that Lisa the Greek is the only one that as far as I can remember, does not have a flashback.
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:06 PM
all-righty!
simpson and delilah
homer loves flanders
lisa the skeptic

Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:14 PM
Marge V. The Monorail is the only one where no one kisses?
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:17 PM
yep, the only one that doesn't feature a male-on-male kiss, specifically. good job, phil! :D
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:20 PM
Thank you! Somehow after reading the MEGA Simpsons Script thread, I thought it might be males, specifically.
New one:
Marge Be Not Proud
Kill Gil
Miracle on Evergreen Terrace
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:22 PM
kill gil is the only post-classic christmas ep? or it's the only one where bart isn't the one who destroyed christmas?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:23 PM
Those could work with the three episodes given, however I was thinking that MOET is the only one where Marge doesn't play a big role.
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:28 PM
oh, ok!
bart
marge
smithers
lisa
and it's not that smithers is the only non-simpson. XD
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:29 PM
Bart is the only one who has never worked with Mr. Burns?
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:31 PM
that's a good one! but smithers is the odd one out. let's see if you can get why.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:32 PM
He is the only one who Burns has never felt any sort of love towards? (and I mean fatherly and couple love) If this is wrong you can just tell me instead of making me guess again. Sorry I just can't stand guessing over and over and over and over.
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:35 PM
:-O burns does love smithers, he does!!!!
anyway, it was that smithers is the only one who doesn't have a red-colored piece of clothing he regularly wears? (marge's necklace, lisa's dress, bart's shirt.)
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:36 PM
Okay new one:
Lisa on Ice
Little Big Girl
Lisa's First Word
My Sister, My Sitter
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:37 PM
little big girl is the only one that doesn't feature a bart/lisa conflict?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:38 PM
Nope. Little Big Girl is the only post classic Lisa episode on the list. Your turn!
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:39 PM
bart's comet
bart gets an f
hurricane neddy
blood feud
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:40 PM
Blood Feud is the only one to feature the Burnsmithers relationship?
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:41 PM
nope! you always say that! it's the only one that does not feature a weather change (the comet, snow, hurricane...) your turn!
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:43 PM
Well I know that that is one of your favorite parts of the show, so can you blame me for thinking that's what it is?
The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase
My Sister, My Sitter
Homer vs. the 18th Amendment
In Marge We Trust
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:48 PM
my sister, my sister is the only one that's not really a satire?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:49 PM
Nope, but it is the Odd 1 Out. Want to guess why?
SpikyHairedHooligan
12-10-2007, 04:53 PM
the only one about lisa?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-10-2007, 04:54 PM
Nope. It's that My Sister, My Sitter is the only one without a guest star.
Your turn!
I would guess The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase because lisa refused to show in that ep
Cupcake Kitsune
12-11-2007, 08:22 AM
That's a good guess, MGZ, but I already said what it was. You can still make a new one if you want.
Rococo Fox
12-11-2007, 08:27 AM
Well, since she is offline...
This one might be hard:
Lenny
Bart
Smithers
Milhouse
Cupcake Kitsune
12-11-2007, 08:29 AM
Bart is the only one with yellow hair?
Rococo Fox
12-11-2007, 08:32 AM
Nope. Milhouse is the odd one out...
Cupcake Kitsune
12-11-2007, 08:35 AM
Milhouse is the only one who has ever had a crush on Lisa?
Rococo Fox
12-11-2007, 08:37 AM
That's a good one, but what I was thinking is that Milhouse is the only one who idolizes someone who deserves it. (Bart idolizes Krusty, Lenny Carl, Smithers Burns...)
Cupcake Kitsune
12-11-2007, 08:40 AM
Who does Milhouse idolize? Do you mean Lisa? If so then she does deserve it.
This one might be hard:
Miracle On Evergreen Terrace
My Sister, My Sitter
The Canine Mutiny
Homer's Phobia
Rococo Fox
12-11-2007, 03:06 PM
The Canine Mutiny was the only one that features SLH?
Robbie
12-12-2007, 08:42 AM
"My Sister, My Sitter" was the only one not written by Ron Hauge
Cupcake Kitsune
12-14-2007, 06:45 PM
"My Sister, My Sitter" was the only one not written by Ron Hauge
Correct! Sorry I was so late on getting back to this, I forgot that I had put one up. Anyways, your turn!

I guess I don't know you well, cause I'm stumped...:-/
Rococo Fox
12-14-2007, 08:54 PM
I'll give you two hints: It's Whacking Day, and it's for a reason related to the aspect of the show I hold most dear to my heart.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-14-2007, 08:55 PM
Whacking Day because it is the only one with a Burnsmithers moment? (I don't think it has one, but that's the best I can do.)
Rococo Fox
12-14-2007, 08:59 PM
Close, but it is the only one without a Burnsmithers romantic moment!
Cupcake Kitsune
12-14-2007, 09:00 PM
Oh.

Haven't seen Beyond Blunderdome so I guess I can't play this round.
Cupcake Kitsune
12-14-2007, 09:04 PM
I haven't either, so you still can. Just think about the type of episodes Mike Scully ones usually are, and then the type of episodes the other ones were. And I'll give you a hint, it was the odd 1 out!
Rococo Fox
12-14-2007, 09:22 PM
It was the only bad episode??
Cupcake Kitsune
12-14-2007, 09:24 PM
No, it was the only one that doesn't have emotional, heartwarming parts to it. (Midnight Towboy is a stretch, but it can count and was used to throw you off)
Your turn!

 Nope! The odd one out is actually Allison...
Cupcake Kitsune
12-18-2007, 07:23 PM
Allison is the only one that has caused Lisa to hyperventilate?
Rococo Fox
12-18-2007, 07:28 PM
Nope! Want me to tell you?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-18-2007, 07:33 PM
Yeah, I give up.
Rococo Fox
12-18-2007, 07:39 PM

12-18-2007, 07:43 PM
Lisa's Sax is the only flashback episode?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-18-2007, 07:43 PM
Nope. My name is the odd 1 out. Care to guess why?
Rococo Fox
12-18-2007, 07:46 PM
The only one that shows members of the family besides the immediate family?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-18-2007, 07:53 PM
No. It is the only one where Lisa questions her intelligence.
Rococo Fox
12-18-2007, 08:06 PM
Ah, that's good! :D
The Boy Who Knew Too Much
Marge Be Not Proud

Rococo Fox
12-18-2007, 08:13 PM
That works, but I was going to say that it is the only one where he doesn't have a conscience.
Cupcake Kitsune

Oh, good one.
Mr. Lisa Goes to Washington
Thirty Minutes Over Tokyo

Rococo Fox

Mr. Lisa is the only one where they travel to somewhere within the U.S.?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-19-2007, 04:36 PM
No, though that could work. It was that Bart Vs. Australia is the only one where no one wins any sort of contest.

12-19-2007, 04:37 PM
Oh, that's good.
Homer the Great
Homer to the Max
Homer's Night Out

12-19-2007, 04:38 PM
Homer the Great is the only one not featuring Princess Kashmir?
Rococo Fox
12-19-2007, 04:38 PM
Hmmm...I didn't know she was in the other ones actually. :D The odd one out is Homer's Night Out...
Cupcake Kitsune
12-19-2007, 04:41 PM
I wasn't sure if she was in Homer to the Max, actually. Homer's Night Out is the only one to feature Eugene Fisk?
Rococo Fox
12-19-2007, 04:44 PM
Nope. Want me to tell you?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-19-2007, 04:45 PM
Yeah, I give up.
Rococo Fox
12-19-2007, 04:47 PM

Ice Cream of Margie is the only one where there is no marriage crisis? (I haven't seen it, so...:-/)
Cupcake Kitsune
12-19-2007, 05:07 PM
Close. It does have to do with marriage crises, and that is the episode out.
Rococo Fox
12-19-2007, 07:25 PM
The only one where Marge is to blame for the marriage crisis?
Cupcake Kitsune
12-19-2007, 07:26 PM

Rococo Fox
12-19-2007, 08:04 PM
Nope, want me to tell you?

12-20-2007, 05:29 PM
Cape Feare wasn't part of the Mirkin era
Cupcake Kitsune
12-20-2007, 05:43 PM
Correct, Robbie. Your turn.

Homer at the Bat
Mr. Plow
Lisa the Greek
Lisa on Ice
Team Homer
Rococo Fox
12-20-2007, 05:52 PM
Mr. Plow is the only one that doesn't involve a sport?

Nope, Simpson and Delilah is the Odd 1 Out.

Darn. XD Um...it's the only one that doesn't feature a character who is openly gay or who is said to be gay?

Nope. All Singing, All Dancing is the Odd 1 Out. Care to guess why?
Simpsons_Fanboy
12-25-2007, 11:01 PM
Ned is the only one whose first name does not begin with an "M".
Burns' first name does not begin with an 'M', his first name is Charles, thus making his first name begin with a 'C' and not an 'M', his middle name begins with an 'M' (Montgomery), but his first name doesn't. So Flanders wasn't the only one in that handful of characters who's first name did not begin with an 'M'.
P.S. Mister is not a name, 'tis a title.
And here I am, once again letting my fanboyish antics get the best of me. :-/
Rococo Fox
12-26-2007, 11:53 AM
^Oh, dear God. I really screwed up on that. I was referring to Montgomery, not Mister, but either way, it was erroneous. Thanks for pointing that out. I guess I'll say then, that Ned is the only one that doesn't go by a name that starts with an M.
But to continue with the game, All Singing, All Dancing is the only clip show?
Cupcake Kitsune
01-05-2008, 03:05 PM
I completely forgot that I had put the last one up! Sorry for being so late. It was that All Singing, All Dancing was the only one that wasn't a format bender (clip shows had been done before).
