Okay, season 13, 'I am Furious Yellow', when the students are watching Danger Dog, Nelson lets loose a line in French (I believe it's French) and I've always wondered what exactly he was saying and what it meant (I can guess what it means but I would prefer to know the absolute meaning).

So that's my question, what is he saying (if you could provide the correct spelling for what Nelson said, that would be awesome) and what does it mean?

"Le mot juste" - roughly translated means well said or I agree, something like that. It is French. Sideshow Bob says it a bunch too.
