The artist is Heather Buchanan - she does some stuff on www.spiderfan.org too.
I just wrote the script.

It's really, really good!!!! Mr. Burns is one of my favorite characters, and I think you portrayed him very well. (The drawings in the cartoon by Heather are also very good.)
