Welcome back to Lisa Land. I hope you like the new design as much as I do. It was kindly made by Matt for us. It still retains the purple but is a little less pink. Also if you notice, there's Marge content on the site now because All Out Marge Simpson is now a part of Lisa Land. So theres plenty of new content for this update. So, lets get started.
20 new Lisa Grabs and 30 new Marge Grabs have been added courtesy of Kane and Tomacco.net. So thanks Kane.
Secondly, a few new information sections have appeared. First, the Clobber Girl Profile, then the Lisa the Conjuror, and the Lisa's Email and Chris Dominowski's Summer of 4' 3" fanscript.
On the Multimedia side of things, a lot of new sections have sprung up. There's the Userbars, which are courtesy of Bronya, Signatures, Avatars, Stamps, and Animations sections.
Then theres the new Fun and Games section. There's currently one section there, the Tic Tac Toe, which is very fun. You play as Lisa and challenge Mr. Burns.
And finally, Lisa Land welcomes a new staff member, Chris Dominowski. He is turning out all sorts of content, so look for his current stuff, plus his future projects.
So, there's the new content roundup. Look for more updates and new content coming in the next few weeks. So, enjoy the new content and the new design.

It's a lot better than the first. My only complaint is the seemingly sporadic spacing between the headlines in the navigation.

Design is nice, but why did you merge the Lisa and Marge sites? They're better as separate sites.

I don't get why you merged AOMS and LL either, but that's your decision to make. I really like the new design and content though. Keep up the good work with the site.

yeah the deisgn is nice (because matthew made it :P) its got better content, but like every one is saying you should get rid of the marge stuff, put it back on the marge site.

the logo loaded and I said "whoa, this is awesome"...then the rest let me down. From the header down seems so rushed and boring, add something, spice it up...maybe put some more effort into the page design like you obviously did with the logo/header

That might be difficult, because the pics used in the lay-out are stolen.
I like the design, even though some things are stolen. But you should seriously work on the quality of your grabpics...

what else would people use grabpics for other than make designs, sigs, or wallpapers. I mean that is there like main purpose for use. In all farness, if it really bugs you that much you should talk to matthew he did make the design.

I can understand why he's angry, some credit should be given to him if he made the pics in the design. But the point of making grabpics is so they can be used in designs, so I'd say he's overreacting a bit.

I think he's still angry about the stuff from Lisa the Beauty Queen that was there before. Technically there was only a couple stolen items (I think it was a couple slightly modified wallpapers), plus Gary/Nick were mad that kampkrusty had drawn grabpics from the same frames they made theirs from or something? I don't remember the specifics. Plus he had made almost all his multimedia content with grabpics from LTBQ.

What the hell is wrong with everyone? The only people who ever "made" any of these pics were the original artists drew and painted them. All he did was trace over something that he didn't draw. The guy who made this Lisa website has just as much of a right to use that image as the person who traced it, so this nickoftime asshole needs to shut the fuck up.

We're both okay for our Grabpics to be used. I dont mind as long as people let me know that they want to use a grab, all you have to do is mail me and say "can I use maggie100 for a design I'm working on?" and I'll most likley reply with yes as long as credit is provided on a Thanks page or the like.

Actually, it was grabpicings of our grabpics. We could both see errors in there that we made in our own grabpics. Only his were of much worse quality to our own.

I know this quote was directed at Binky and not me, but I have had more than dozens of my grabpics used in designs and I have never taken it as less than a compliment to my work.
Grabpics are simpls tracings of framegrabs, going above and beyond to add shadowing or whatever it is that he does to make his grabs more special than anyone elses aside, it still stands that they are tracings.
NOW, take someone who has substancial art talent, such as Jake of maggie and eric (not sure if it's still online). His artwork is original drawings, not traced from anything...it's understandable that he can retain full ownership of those pictures, and demand credit if they're used. Not from grabpics.
Also, getting mad that someone made a grabpic from the same framegrab is about the dumbest shit I've ever heard...next to having a nervous breakdown from a simpsons website that's what, 2 years overdue now? What does "grabpicing of our grabpics" mean exactly? How do you know he didn't just make a grabpic from the same EXACT framegrab but with poorer quality? Doubt you do.
Grabpics are made for what purpose exactly? To show off the largest gallery in the simpsons "community"? Maybe, seems trite, but maybe. So for you guys it's simply to show off, not to be used by people in the "community"? Seems a bit twisted to me, but maybe I'm not seeing the BIG picture here.
I mean...do you guys see how retarded you're being about this? If you want credit, ask. I'm sure he'd write something in the about us page if you asked, not yelled or demanded.

What a douchebag way of going about it. I'm sure the site would put a key of springfield button on there as a sign of appreciation, although I wouldn't blame the owner for not at this point. So, to nickthefaggot and solid snake...spend less time arguing about stupid trivial shit like this, and more time actually developing your website that was due years ago.

This is probably one of the most worked on and more popular sections of the site. These grabpics can be used for anything (except content on your site) such as designs, avatars, sigs and much much more. Many of these were created by me, however there is also a large batch from Nick Wright, a good friend of mine. Simply Hover your cursor over the thumbnail to see who drew the grabpic.
There isn't even anything in there about notifying you if somebody wanted to use the pics.

It wasnt the grabs that was getting him so stressed, it was coming out with a design. Thing is, Nick doesnt want boxville. So about 50 designs ended up in being scraped.

It was a really good feeling for me. But having all this ask me first, that's the reason I used one of Rob's grabs on TSH IV, so I wouldn't have to go through all that credit crap.
