Bongo Releases and Weeks Thread

Okay, since I have trouble remembering when new Simpsons issues are out and I searched everywhere and couldn't find this answered, I would like someone to list all the Bongo releases by week (as in 1st week of the month, 2nd, etc. etc.) This includes the Futurama releases, Bart Simpson, and such.

Or you could just check out the diamond comics website for the latest shipping lists - if you are interested in the USA comics that is.
The UK comics have the release dates at the back but for every other country, your guess is as good as mine.
