They took to samples. Sample A says his testosterone was too high. Sample B must yield similar results. If Sample B says his levels are normal, he will still get credit for winning the race.

Some people have high levels naturally, so that could be. He was also taking cortezone shots to dull the pain in his hip, which has been know to inflate testosterone level tests.

Until Sample B results are revealed, there is no reason to burn this guy at the stake yet.
