Probably you all have this book,so the most of you know this story. What do you think about it? I was impressed when I read it for the first time!

It's not actually a story -- if you have some older Simpsons Comics (the ones from 1993-1999 usually had these) there was almost always a column called The Bongo Beat -- which was an editorial by Matt himself. The ones in Simpsons Comics Royale are basically the best of Matt's editorials from the first 50 issues of Simpsons Comics (although the one where there's the 47 random facts is from Bartman #4). Nevertheless, I enjoyed this (it's the one where Matt was friends with this new kid and they stole the toy dogs, etc wasn't it?).

"Now you can let go of his head," the kid said.
"But he'll bite me," I said.
"Naw," said the kid. "He won't bite. He's hypnotized."
But I was chicken. I just stood there, holding the snake.
"Whatsamatter?" the kid sneered. "Ya chicken?"
"No," I said.
"Then prove it. Grab the snake by his tail."
I checked out the snake, and it did seem to be in a trance. So slowly, carefully, I grabbed the snake's tail with my free hand, and let go of its head with the other.
The snake immediately twisted up and bit me on the wrist.

Just before we got to school, the bus driver put on the brakes a little too hard, and a girl I was standing next to bumped into me.
"You gonna let a little girl push you around?" Franky sneered loudly, so everyone could hear.
"No," I said.
"You're such a baby you're afraid of a little girl," he taunted.
"No I'm not," I said.
"If you ain't afraid, then I dare you to push her," said Franky.
So I gave the girl a little shove, and said to Franky, "Now are you happy?"
I had barely finished my sentence when Franky yelled, "You hit a girl!"
"I didn't hit her," I explained. "I just-"
"Nobody hits a girl!" Franky snarled.
And he smashed me in the face with his fist.
