as much as i myself want a simpsons tattoo...the quality of work of your current one looks pretty poor...sorry man, but i'd head in to a reputable artist and get it touched up...

but kudos for doing it...once i come up with a good enough theme for my own i'm getting a partial simpsons sleeve on my leg...

There is something like that in episode 2F04 Bart's Girlfriend. When after Church, Bart visits Scottstoberfest and attaches balloons to Willie's Kilt causing it to fly upwards. I couldn't find any pictures though, sorry.
