Pitch Black is incredible. Pitch Black II is even better.

Do they still make Live Wire? That was a superior orange soda.

I've never been a huge fan of the original...always too sweet.

Baja Blast should be added to this poll, too. Taco Bell exclusive. Good stuff.

Other than Original and Baja Blast, I haven't had much Mountain Dew.

But Baja Blast is mighty fine. Added.

I voted for original. I'd like to try Code Red, but I can't find it anymore. Also, Pitch Black is pretty good, but it isn't the greatest thing.

Never tried pitch black or baha blast. The original is pretty good, so's livewire. Code red kicks serious ass though

I actually prefer the original, although Pitch Black is mighty tasty.

I've never had Baja Blast. Pitch Black is ok, I don't really like grape soda though. Code Red and LiveWire are both really good, but I like Code Red better.

Uh, George...if MD were a ripoff then there would be no caffeine in it. Since MD is owned by Pepsi, Sierra Mist would be a better comparison to the last two. I can't stand Sierra Mist, though. It's too sugary for me.

I pick the original Dew.

I like Livewire the most. It's really good and it's one of the only orange sodas I can get that doesn't require me to walk for 15 minutes. I like Pitch Black second, but NOT the shitty sour flavored Pitch Black II which seems to be the only friggin' one I can find anymore. Original flavor third.

The original Pitch Black was the first soda to make me gag. :angry: I actually liked the Sequel as I like 'sour' flavored things.

Pitch Black II was the worst soda I've ever tried. And I'm not even a tough critic.

Original wins, though Livewire was quite good as I recall. They usually come out with it in summers but I'm not sure if they're doing that again.

It totally sucks. My mom and dad won't let me have Code Red because of the sugar and caffiene. THERE'S NOT AS MUCH AS LIVEWIRE!!!! :angry: Maybe I'll have some today at my mom's friends Memorial Day party.

Where's Pitch Black II?!? Normally, I would just put "Pitch Black" for my vote, but that stuff is nasty! Oh well, here's my ordering I guess...:

1. Pitch Black II
2. Code Red
3. Original
4. Livewire
5. Pitch Black

Btw, is Baja Blast only in certain areas? I've never heard of it or seen it in stores.

I went to 711 the other day and they have 2 liter bottles of Code Red...

I'm conflicted between original and hate them all. Original is the only one I can stomach, and I will drink it if I'm offered some - but I'd never go out and buy a bottle for myself.

Mountain Dew is a citrus flavored soda and these other varieties are of course other flavors. What exact flavors they are is up on a previous post by someone else... can't remember who at the time.

Pitch Black II=Sour Grape
Baja Blast=Tropical Lime

:D CODE RED'S GOTTA WIN! Original though is still very good, but it seems there are a lot of adults that don't like Code Red. I still think it kicks serious ass. :)
