Oh yes, I've taken on a little project over the last couple of days. And although it's not quite finnished I thought I'd share it with you all.

It's called the springfield connection shop, it's not quite an independant site but sort of an 'extension' to TSC.

Whats the point in this you ask?

Well, I know that searching the web for certain products can be a real pain in the ass, So I decided to put as much simpsons merchandise onto one site (not quite yet) and give you a small piece of info and a link to buy. It's just to make things a little easier for you to find, it should hopefully save you time :)

enjoy

Looks nice, you should add the McFarlane homer to toys and games, along with the simpsons games. Also I added you to http://krustylu.net

It's about damn time someone came up with a site to simplify my collecting!!! :D Wiley, I am very in tune when it comes to collecting Simpsons memorabilia. If you need any help tracking down anything (rare or not rare), let me know. I can IM you links and such. 8-)

I was actually gonna start something like this a year ago, but I was never really bothered in getting the links and such.

Which explains why (for those who noticed) "Coming Soon, The Cutest Store" was floating around in the MT2's random news.

As I said on MSN, looks nice.

Christ are there any sites left without Levin's McBain pic in the design? ;)

Looks nice anyhow. Though from my experience, not the best way to make a quick buck (you might as well admit that's the main reason behind it) :silly:

Not that I don't like the idea, but how does this save me time when all the links just go to amazon? You need other site's too.

lol yes its too make money, but in all honestly its not going into my pocket. just to pay for hosting and others things which you'll see in time ;)

and radioactive man. if you've looked through amazon you'll notice how much of a pain in the arse site it actually can b to find stuff.

You've got practically nothing there, it's all out of order, some of the categories don't seem to fit - Electrical!? - and there are only links to amazon uk. It's a good idea, but the implementation is pretty bad.

I like Amazon but I have to agree with you to an extent Wiley. It can be really hard to find what you’re looking for. The thing for me is when I get to the product description; you have to fish around to find it. It's just to "busy" with other things not related to the product. It would be nice having a website that just gets straight to the point of what the product is and what its about and have a couple of reviews about it from consumers.

Yeah good call menthol moose. It would be cool to see some US Amazon links.

and well, i dont think implementation is that bad at all tbh. i respect ur opinion tho. soon i'll get links for us$

It did have a nice design, even though the McBain grab is sorta cliché now...
