King Of The Hill Season Rankings

I have just recently pursued great interest in King Of The Hill after receiving the season 2 boxset for my birthday. After watching the first four episodes of season 2 it is clear to me that I feel very at home with this show. Aside from the boxset, I saw 'Hank's Choice' today which, looking through the episode guide, I see is a season 5 ep. Anyway, being a new fan and all, I was wondering where I should start. So I started this incredibly unoriginal thread for the purpose of knowing where to start, not for the fact that I have crazy obsessions with lists of numbers. :D

So KOTH fans. What seasons are the shows prime? What seasons if any should new viewers like me avoid if any? What are some of the finest episodes of the series?

1-2 - silver
3-6 - gold
7-10 - silver

I wouldn't call any season of KotH bad, though three to six hold a huge amount of classics. I've only come upon a handful of episodes that I didn't enjoy at all.

Seasonal Rankings

2>3>4>1>8>10>9>6>5>7

To me, Seasons 1 thru 4 would be the prime of King of the Hill, with Season 2 being the definitive season. Seasons 5 thru 7 was where things got very screwy, especially 7, which saw three of the worst episodes in the whole series. Things picked up in Season 8, but then settled to what has been the standards since Season 9.

Season 1-5 - Gold
Season 6 - Gold with hints of silver shining through
Seasons 7-8 - Silver
Season 9 - Bronze
Season 10 - Looks like it could be silver with hints of gold shining through

And I agree with ^, 2 was the definitive season.
