I heard Jake Lennington is registered on this site. Does anyone know his screenname? I have a very important question to ask him.

Oh, crap. Now I feel really, really stupid. :-)...

Kinda obvious when you think about it.

Just post the question here, I'm sure that he'll see it.

Okay, I will here's my question: Dear Mr. Lennington, First, I would like to congradulate you on a fabulous new Simpsons era of fan things. Second, I feel depressed. I had several fanscript ideas about a new Simpsons family member, but now I can't use them, for I fear someone will accuse me of plagurizing the topic of your fan art and script. Well, there goes 5-6 of my ideas... actually, I'm glad you released this new idea first. If I would have started it, it would have dramatically changed Eric's reputation over the Simpiverse. I'm glad you made him a famous character, so, in conclusion, Could you help me with my problem? Oh, yes, and I am making a site, and I want permission to put a link to your site in my site. Also, I am making a gallery dedicated to your fanart, but I am anxious to publish the site, so I will make that gallery after it is published. I need permission on this, too. Of course, I would tell everybody that you made these things!

Thanks! Although the good people at simpworks.com should get even more credit for making Simpsons fanfiction something worthwhile to begin with.

Second, I feel depressed. I had several fanscript ideas about a new Simpsons family member, but now I can't use them, for I fear someone will accuse me of plagurizing the topic of your fan art and script.

Eh, I say go for it. If I was worried what some people on the net thought of Maggie and Eric...there'd be no Maggie and Eric. Anyway, adding a new family member is such a broad idea that it could work for any deviation of the Simpsons Universe. (Although it would be interesting to see Homer and Bart's reaction if Marge had a 3rd Girl...)

Well, there goes 5-6 of my ideas... actually, I'm glad you released this new idea first. If I would have started it, it would have dramatically changed Eric's reputation over the Simpiverse. Yeah, I can try to help if you have any plot questions and you can add a link to my site and if you want to start a gallery of my drawings, just pick some at random and post away. (Right now, I'm in a lack-of-time bind, so things will be slow for a bit.)

But anyway, if this takes off, more power to you and if you have any other questions, my email is simpspin@yahoo.com

Jake

There's a couple some writen by Jake, some not. Jake'll be able to tell you more. But I've read most of them though, and they're pretty good.

I read what has been done with his comic. I am very anxious for part 2! When will he be done? And where ARE his fanscripts? Did you say some were NOT written by him? If I could get his permission to write one...

Parts 1 and 2 are complete. Jake is currently drawing Simpsons Generations Part 3, and I have coloured Part 1 and currently doing Part 2. Like I said, I cant tell you where you can find M&E scripts since I dont know where any are, there's a few posted in this area though.

If part 2 is finished, then where is it? Did you say you are helping him with this? THAT IS SO COOL! HE LET YOU HELP WITH IT! :D

As per the PM, Jake didnt let me do it, I went off on my own. There's a thread here where you can see Part 2. Maybe you should start looking. :P

Hey, solid snake, on the generations 2 page, I can't get page 18 or any page for that matter to come up! Is there a problem?

It keeps showing me that the program is not responding or that it froze up. :(

When Jakes on, Jake's on, simple as that.

If you're using IE, change to Firefox. :P It's your problem, not the sites.

What the hell are you talking about? I already saved pages 1-17 and all of the first part of generations, but now it doesn't work!

Oh, you mean the search tool. :ashamed:

Oh, wow. What an amazing comic! Does it prit without damaging the picture? Because whenever I try to print something shaded, sometimes it colors the whole page black. And another thing. If I try to enlarge the comic to full-screen size for printing, will it wreck the picture?

Aw, crap. I just tried to put the 1st page onto word, but all it shows is code! Lots and lots of code! :( :yell: :irked: :banghead: :'( :crymore: :sorry: Oh, I wanted to show everybody this comic. Everyone I know likes the Simpsons, so they would love this. And I don't have time to show them over the net. :( I also want to print this comic so I can read it whenever I want.

Try copying it into MS Paint then into MS Word and tell your printer to print out in Greyscale by using the Printer Options in MS Word

What significance does putting it into paint have? Couldn't I just print in paint? Does MSW have new properties when I have paint open? Why am I asking so many questions?

Solid Snake

You can print in MS Paint if you want it on 4 pages.

What I mean is: You mean I should copy the image in paint, then place it in word? If that's what you're saying, it doesn't work. I can't copy stuff in paint. Also, when I tried to print something out in paint, the image spills into another page.
