Monorail Commentary

I imagine this has been asked many times, but my Season 4 DVD (UK) doesn't seem to include Conan in 'Marge vs. the Monorail' while the subtitles for the commentary do.

Its clearly a commentary on the episode, Conan is not introduced or anything - but the subtitles are clearly on this episode but with Conan.
