Some of my grabs, the 27 one isn't very good, I kind of rushed through it, I'll probably do a better one later.

They're all good. The coloring on Skinner's mouth and and jacket needs a bit more work though.

Not bad, but you should work on trying to make the lines less wavy. Or use a program like Flash that does that for you.

I hate that Flash does that, because it never does what I want it to.

If you're talking about the thing where lines automatically straighten when you bend it into a shape close to an angle, you can turn that off by right clicking and deselecting 'snap to objects'.

are they hand drawn and then colored in photoshop? Looks good so far

No. They're framegrabs retraced and recolored in paint shop pro.

OK, thanks. I don't use Flash that much, so I don't know that much about it.

There is white round all of the lines (most noticable on the black areas). You should fill the colours on a separate layer below the one with the lines.
