This is a game where the person that posted before you writes some lyrics of a song and you try to guess the song and put your own lyrics for other people to guess I'll start:
The blood on my hands
I just wanted you near me

^ Agreed. It should be "Google The Song."
I've been searching for the daughter of the devil himself
I've been searching for an angel in white
I've been waiting for a woman who's a little of both
And I can feel her but she's nowhere in sight

I'm assuming you meant "Scaramouche" from Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody?
I don't want to be hostile/I don't want to be dismal/And I don't want to drown in an apathetic existence

24 hours later and no one knows my lyrics. I don't know if I should feel good or be pissed off that no one knows this fantastic song from one of the greatest bands of all time!

Thank you! Googling is tantamount to cheating, but still.

if so, try this one on for size
Madman drummers bummers and Indians in the summer with a teenage diplomat
In the dumps with the mumps as the adolescent pumps his way into his hat

Blinded By The Light-Bruce Frederick Douglas Springsteen and the E Street Band (the ONLY number one song he had in his career but Manford Mann's Earth Band were the ones who got the glory in a remake)

A line from a song:
Sometimes I don't speak right...but yet I know what I'm talkin' about!
