I think that the four months that it took to release S7 after S6 has just passed again 18 days ago. That's what this is about.

well, because s7 came out really quickly, that doesn't mean s8 will come out quickly too.

I'm surprised that we havent even heard a release date or seen any packaging yet. That means that it still a fair way off.

It hasn't been that long since season 7 came out, so I'm not really bothered by it. I would like to see some official packaging soon though

I'm not angry, as it's not like they've been coming out with them that fast the entire time. I, am, however, a little bit surprised that they haven't even come out with a release date yet, because I thought that maybe they were going to try and release them quicker than before, because of disgruntled fans, and the fact that Matt G and a few others don't have to do Futurama commentaries anymore.

They've been releasing them at a rate of two per year, so I wouldn't sweat it too much.

lisalover1, they can put them out whenever they want. Just because the last two sets came out four months apart doesn't mean every other set after it has to.

Matt G and various others have Simpsons episodes, the movie, and/or the Futurama movie DVDs to deal with. Commentaries can't be priority #1.
