The Updates Thread

I thought this might be a good idea. Rather than bumping their own site's thread whenever they have some new content they'd like people to know about, webmasters can use this thread to post whatever interesting new stuff they added to their sites. If any of the mods don't think this is a good idea, I'll understand.

Anyway, my latest TSF update consisted of the newest episode reviewed, reviews for 2 season 11 episodes, and 2 new grabpics.

I have added 2 more sections to krustylu, And also my site will be up later Tonight I am still getting my new web host sorted out.

I really don't see the need for it, in general, in terms of people needing to know what every site is updating with... but this is infinitely preferable to people bumping threads. This will be fine as long as there's an actual positive effect related to the thread-bumps; if not, maybe not such a good idea.

But yeah, good way to keep things interesting grissom.

18 new grabpics, 2 new scenes and 2 new links on TSH. Avatars and Sigs tomorrow. Jolly Bengali, we had this thread on the Comic Book Store when it opened, it worked really well. At least with the comeback on HS.TV and KLS there wont be any more stupid threads...hopefully

This can be good, as long as people post worthwhile updates (i.e. NOT "today i made 1 new grabpic, aren't i great!!" etc).

Krustylu studios is finally back up, I also added a skin selector, and another new section called a site map, located under other. And I also added a search bar, and a rating thing so you can rate krustylu, on krustylu.net and maggied.com.

So Jon has copyrighted pale rainbow colours, eh? This looks NOTHING like BTL did, aside from the colours. And I still think your very first design was 100 times better than all the later ones.

BTW, where is the skin switcher? I dont see it...

I don't know if it's supposed to do this, but if you rate the site, it redirects back to the homepage with the original page design, but it's empty, except for a search box. If you click on any of the navigation icons except links, you either get a 404 or an SQL error. If you click on links, you go to The Simpsons Directory.

At least, this is what happens on my computer.

Thanks scott, I am gonna fix it up a bit more, I am gonan readd the style switcher because we have another skin. I have to make it so if you select the skin one time it stays on it, kinda like a forum.

Ok I dont know why that is I will relook over the code. When you rate my site form krustylu.net it is supossed to go there, saying thanks for your vote.

the forum was up but the are upgarding the account for the fourm to a server with a better cpu

Yeah, its my problem. I'll sort it, Lucidnet has said they're transfering me to a new server, but it wont be as bad as what CF had to do a little while back (upgrade to Semi-Dedicated) Its not just MT2 thats getting this, its TCB too.

Aaw man, unlucky. I updated TSH with a style changer courtesy of Homer The Moe (Andy), which you can select underneath the buddies. Still gotta fix certain things, like redrawing page titles to so they're transparant and fit any colour design

hmm, yeah, on Opera I get "f" width="46" height="1" alt="">", and on IE, I just get nothing. I can only get it to come up with Firefox.

I dont know what happend but somethign screwy did. Because only my info.php, index.php, other.php, and media.php where like that. I resaved them onto the ftp and then it started working again.

Hmmm....Yeah under Safari (apple's web browser) I get nothing. But it works just fine in Firefox for apple.

cool mike, I have just added a new music section to krustylu studios, when you click the song, it will open up in the Multi-krusty Media Player, making it so much easier than downloading them. http://krustylustudios.com/media.php?page=music

Heres how it works, click the song that you want to here, and a poopup will come upwith multi-krusty media player. And it will start playing the song that you slected. Enjoy :D
