I specifically need help with a Microsoft Internet Explorer problem, but this thread can really be for anyone who has internet troubles.

OK, so...
When I go to MySpace.com and I want to view other people's profiles, a pop-up displays and says "Click OK to run an ActiveX Control." When I click OK the site runs fine until I want to view someone else's profile. When I do that, the same pop-up appears, but no matter what I click, an error message reads and the window is forced to close. What do I need to do?

Use Mozilla Firefox, it's much easier, faster and overall better. Or alternatively, use a mac with Safari. Safari>Firefox.

Download Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/) now and join us, it’s so much better.

Indeed, but I need a temporary answer. Plus, it's not my computer. I just use it.

you don't have to own a computer to download Firefox on it.
