Watching TV shows based on comic books has inspired me to write these episode ideas based on various superheroes from the Simpsons. Tell me what you think!

1.01: “Bartman Begins”
Bartman’s origins are revealed in the pilot episode. Ten-year old boy Bart Simpson is robbed by Nelson Muntz and his drones behind the Kwik-E-Mart. As a result he is unable to pay for a school trip to Disney World and swears to get revenge on Muntz. Bart turns to his former karate teacher, Akira, for training and slowly becomes the town’s greatest hero. Donning a purple cape and mask, Bart becomes Bartman and must share his secret with Milhouse after getting caught. Milhouse swears to keep his secret safe, and he becomes Bartman’s trusty sidekick, Houseboy. Together they track down Muntz in an attempt to get justice for what happened that fateful night at the Kwik-E-Mart, and Bartman realises his duties as the town’s protector.

1.02: “Collector Call”
Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl re-unite in Springfield after years apart to take on their greatest foe, The Collector, who has just added Homer and Marge to his collection. After setting a quick rescue in motion, the heroes quickly become famous again and Stretch Dude gets caught up in his celebrity. Clobber Girl, upset that the same thing that caused their breakup years ago is happening again, becomes determined to stop the fame from going to Stretch Dude’s head. When he ditches her to lead a ‘Cribs’ lifestyle, Clobber Girl turns to the Collector for advice. He promises that he’ll get Stretch Dude back to normal in exchange for a presidential pardon exonerating him of all his crimes, forcing Clobber Girl to think about her always-present ethics.

1.03: “Pie Another Day”
A pie shortage hits Springfield, forcing Pie Man to retire from his super-heroics, and leaving his sidekick, Cupcake Kid, to fight crime alone. Cupcake Kid soon realises that he can’t make it on his own and uncovers a sinister plot from an old foe, the Rich Texan, to stop the making of pies in Springfield. Pie Man, meanwhile, begins to miss being a hero and considers using something else to fight crime with. He tests several other foods but none of them work as well as pies. On the other hand, Cupcake Kid has enlisted the help of Fallout Boy to take on the Rich Texan. Fallout Boy reveals that he is tired of being a sidekick and has plans to use Cupcake Kid in his ploy to open the Sidekick Alliance, an evil new group hell-bent on world domination.

Not bad.

Pretty good, those might actually work as short segments in a three part episode

I think in "Bartman Begins" instead of Disney World you should use Duff Gardens or Itchy and Scratchy Land.

They're all quite good, but I think it should be one three parter instead of three different episodes.

Thanks for the comments, but I'll continue to write them like this.

1.04: “It’s a Wonderful Wife”
Radioactive Man must deal with his trusty ex-sidekick’s descent into evil and the return of his ex-wife, Lava Girl. Lava Girl has plans to stop his two-thousandth comic book from being released, instead plotting to replace them with hypnotic comics allowing her to take over the world. Radioactive Man must now stop Lava Girl at all costs, but worries that his persistent feelings for her could get in the way of keeping justice. Torn between his feelings and his duties as protector of the planet, Radioactive Man turns to Dr. Crab for advice. Crab agrees to help him out, but it turns out he has ulterior motives after joining forces with Lava Girl to take over the world with her. Will they succeed in their plans, or can Radioactive Man overcome his conflict?

1.05: “The Great Brain Robbery”
Maggie Simpson was just an ordinary baby, until one fateful day when the nuclear power plant exploded and she became Brainbaby, a highly intelligent hero with telepathic powers. Gerald, her rival, was also caught in the explosion and developed the ability to shoot lasers from his eyes. The time soon comes for their final battle but it becomes clear that Gerald has evolved since their last fight. He plans on stealing Brainbaby’s powers for himself and using them to control all the babies and use them to help him take over Springfield. With her intelligence compromised, Maggie slowly descents into a regular baby, and must do whatever she can to save the day. As the town begins to collapse under the babies’ tyranny, the future looks bleak.

1.06: “Kwik and the Dead”
Apu Nahasapeemapetilon overloads the Squishee machine with radiation and develops the abilities to run or perform various tasks at a high speed. Donning the alias Captain Kwik, he enjoys his new duties as Springfield’s latest protector, but faces competition from Rush, another speedy superhero. When the fastest villain of all time Lance Murderock begins his plan to turn Springfield into a daredevil’s paradise, Captain Kwik and Rush must join forces to save their town. But Murderock is always one step ahead, and plans to use the superhero duo’s loved ones in his most dangerous stunt yet. With little time left, Captain Kwik and Rush are forced to choose between the people they love or innocent Springfieldians as the clock counts down.

I agree with everyone, this sounds like it'd be a very nice three parter episode. I'm surprised a super hero themed one hasn't been done yet actually..

I like Bartman Begins the best, because story wise it sounds like it has a lot of the oldschool charm when it comes to the Springfield kids' plots.

I like the other two in your original post as well. The one about Clobber Girl and Stretch Dude in particular sounds like it would be a really funny followup.

1.07: “Bartman Returns”
Homer Simpson is unknowingly the father of Springfield’s greatest hero, Bartman. After high exposure to radiation at the power plant, Homer transforms into The Ingestible Bulk, a deadly villain who eats anything when he’s hungry – and you wouldn’t like him when he’s hungry. Bartman and Houseboy must now spring into action to save Springfield from the Bulk, and Bartman is forced to decide where his loyalties lie after discovering that the evil beast is his own father. The Bulk later sets his grand plan in motion, creating a giant pizza using everything in Springfield. Bartman decides that he must take down his dad if he is to save the lives of many others, but quickly reconsiders this decision when they are face to face in a showdown.

1.08: “Revenge of the Sidekicks”
Fallout Boy has formed his sidekick alliance and their first mission is to bring down Radioactive Man. In the meantime, the famous hero is dealing with an identical villain named Radiation Dude who is travelling round Springfield committing crimes and damaging his good reputation. After a series of investigations, Radioactive Man learns that his copycat has been sent by Fallout Boy and travels to the sidekick alliance headquarters. Radioactive Man winds up getting caught after Fallout Boy exposes his one weakness, the sidekicks reveal their plans to strip him of his powers using a ‘reverse’ atomic bomb. Now all Radioactive Man can do is try to get his once trusty sidekick back to his old, good self, and soon discovers that all is not what it seems.

1.09: “An Entangled Web of Lies”
Marge Simpson inadvertently uses hair dye laced with mysterious substances and becomes the Entangler, a deadly villain with the ability to control her hair. Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl return once again to put an end to the Engtangler’s tyranny but find themselves captured by her hair and taken to her lair, the back room of a salon. The Entangler reveals her plans to unleash a plague of hair-eating lice upon Springfield and distributing wigs which will allow her to take control of the wearers. Realising that the Entangler cares about her hair more than anything else, they trick her into dying it pink so they can escape, but she freaks out and the plague is unleashed. Now it is a race against time as the heroes try to stop the lice hitting town.

I think these last ones that you posted are the best...but all of them are very good.

1.10: “All That Jazzler”
An ordinary 8-year old girl named Lisa Simpson is playing her saxophone when it suddenly starts shaking violently and emits a strange noise. The noise affects Lisa and manipulates the sax, allowing her to use the instrument to send strong light and sound. These new powers cause Lisa to crave power, and she plans to take over Springfield by luring everyone out of town with hypnotic music (a la the Pied Piper). With her new alias, the Jazzler, it seems nothing can stop her, until the deaf superhero Coma (a.k.a. Grampa Simpson) shows up for a fight to save Springfield. With Coma’s bad eyesight and deafness, the Jazzler finds that she is unable to beat him, and realises that she must do something about his ears if she is to win the fight.

1.11: “The Texan President”
A mysterious villain slowly seizes power at the White House and announces the following week that he is running for president. When the president mysteriously goes missing, Pie Man and Cupcake Kid decide to investigate the situation and discover that he is locked in the basement. As Pie Man continues to look into the strange goings on, he learns that the presidential candidate is none other than the Rich Texan, who is trying to enforce a law to forbid superheroes. When the Rich Texan is successful in his plot, he takes the pledge and becomes president of the United States. As the superhero ban is set in motion, Pie Man and Cupcake Kid are forced to hide their real identities, and must take down the Rich Texan for good in his victory speech.

1.12: “Bartman Forever”
Bartman decides it is time he and Houseboy found themselves a lair like other superheroes. They eventually discover some caves hidden across town but are forced to fight their old rivals – Nelson Muntz and the bullies – for possession of the caves. When a mysterious new villain called the Jokester invades the caves, Bartman and Muntz are forced to join together to save themselves and the lair. The Jokester turns out to be one of the trickiest villains to defeat and he winds up escaping from their clutches. Following a series of Krusty calling trading cards, the group desperately try to track the Jokester down to save Springfield from his terror. Houseboy, meanwhile, grows tired of never getting any action and proceeds to aggravate the Bulk.

1.13: “The Heroes Unite”
The superheroes of Springfield unite on the moon to discuss their deadliest foes, Kang and Kodos, who inadvertently broadcast their plans to take over the world through all the televisions. Bartman joins forces with his counterparts, Stretch Dude and Cupcake Kid. Lisa teams up with Clobber Girl and they learn about their evil double, the Jazzler. Pie Man is upset to learn that he doesn’t have a good counterpart, only an evil one – the Ingestible Bulk. Radioactive Man also makes an appearance alongside his sidekick, Fallout Boy, who is good again. Alongside several other heroes from the series, the team must put a stop to Kang and Kodos’ attempts to take over the world by using a device to control many of their previous deadly enemies.

Season two soon!
