The pancakes are irresistable, though I don't mind having waffles either. Fruit always makes an excellent side dish. :yummy:

I'm not always a big breakfast eater...i usually can't eat early in the morning, especially after a long night...
i prefer late night waffle/huddle house. breakfast stuff i love:
ham and cheese omelette
grits
grits...grits
hashed browns
potatoes
waffles
pancakes sometimes...they can get old
my all time favorite as a kid, sausage biscuit...replaced now by sausage egg and cheese
as a toddler, i developed a rash (allergy) from eggs for a few years, but i still didn't like them until a year or two ago.

my breakfast usually consists of a blueberry or apple-cinnamon Nutri Grain bar and a vitamin supplement.
One of my all time favourites is definitely Pop-Tarts :) But unfortunately they havent been sold here in years :( so i have to settle with either corn flakes or coco pops to start my day!
yeah i'd never had that opinion before i heard a comedian say it.
take my post more seriously, please. thanks.

ideal breakfast for me: earl grey, orange/grapefruit juice, waffles with strawberries, but just strawberries, not the weird mix of strawberry gelatin goo and strawberry bits, because that's just gross.
Pop tarts are great. I always liked either apple cinnamon, cherry, blueberry, or grape.
Apple/Cinnamon was good. We didnt have those other three, but what we did have was..
Double Chocolate.

Coffee. I seriously can't function without it. I really couldn't care less about what accompanies it, as long as the caffeine knocks me out of that half-dead state.
But as a second choice, I'll go with an omelete and toast. (Yum!)
Egg and bacon. Best combination ever.

Only get to eat breakfast on the weekend, and it's almost always at a greasy spoon or hole-in-the-wall Mexican joint since they've got the best cheapie breakfast. Meal usually consists of scrambled eggs, bacon, homefries, chorizo, menudo and/or french toast. OJ or coffee to drink (this is the only time I drink coffee).
If I have time during the week, a run to Waffle House is never a bad idea.

For the love of Vishnu, will you please stop using this damn smiley every time you post something involving food. We get it. You don't need to use smileys to fucking emphasize it. In fact, just stop using smileys, period.

I only have breakfast if I have time for it, which is at weekends and days off. I usually have it at about 10:00-13:00, and consists of two fried eggs (fried on both sides, don't like 'em runny) and sausages. Sometimes I have muesli or corn flakes while i wait. If I feel hungry during the day, I usually have a bowl of cereal.
And on the subject oh hash browns, how do you make 'em? I've only ever had the at McDonals, and I liked them, but have no idea how to make them.

I end up eating cereal most mornings because I don't have time for anything else. I usually have a breakfast sandwhich of some kind when I go out for breakfast/have a real one at home

coffee's a given. i usually don't like to eat anything for breakfast when i'm waking up early, but i force myself to have a bowl of cereal everyday because they say breakfast is important. if i'm waking up on my own time and have time to relax i like to have an omlette usually, but that's pretty rare anymore.

WOO! I made hash browns. They weren't as crispy or golden or delicious as i thought they'd be, but that was my first time making them.

Why weren't there any has browns on the list, should they have been there they would have been my number one choice. Alas, Sausages, bacon & eggs for me.
The best breakfast I've had was mushroms, big pieces of toast, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs and a cup of tea. Mmmmmmm yum.

I knew someone who works there who worked at Mimi's and a family owned Italian restaurant I work at simultaneously. I'm kind of glad she's moved on because she was a really bratty drama queen towards me a few times.
I usually eat cereal or a peanut butter sandwhich because I'm too lazy to make hashbrowns, eggs, or pancakes. I eat that kind of stuff if I go to a restaurant like Carrows.

Breakfast sandwhiches kick everyone's ass by combining a whole bunch of elements. My all time favorite is the Sausage Egg and Cheese Bagel from McDonalds. I am to lazy to make my breakfeast and that place keeps taking all my money.

Even though I LOVE pancakes to death, I can usually only eat two in one meal, especially if they're those jumbo-sized versions they serve at Denny's.

Whoa, I am surprised that a lot of people here don't eat breakfest. I always make sure I get one, and if I am running late, then I get one during my free time at school. Everyday I wake up feeling like I am going to puke, but then I eat atleast something for breakfest, and the feeling goes away. I guess either I have a tape worm, or I am strange.
As for what I eat for breakfest, I usually have a cup of coffee and two waffles toasted plain(meaning no honey, strawberries, butter, maple syrup). However, my favorite meals for breakfest, which I probably have maybe a couple times a year year, are either hashed browns and suasages w/ scrambled eggs, Poptarts, or Dunkin' Donuts donuts, and a breakfast sandwich.
