Lisa's Pony gets the same kind of royal treatment as Lisa's Substitute, deservedly too.

The extra job in that was actually taken up as a decent father's attempt to get in touch with his daughter, unlike most of the later job epis, where Homer's new job is purely for pointless reasons.

Trash of the Titans is awesome becasue Steve Martin does such a great job as Roy Patterson. The song "The Garbage Man Can" is one of the best song parities ever.

You Only Move Twice is also great becasue of the guest star, Albert Brooks.

Hmmmmm, I wouldn't really consider that a Homer gets a job episode because it has so many other things going for it. But yeah, if I was to include it, And Maggie Makes Three would be better than Trash of the Titans.
