sweetmercifulcrap gone bad, spreading viruses and STD's

This ass of a virus is the hardest I've tackled yet. Basically, and I'm pretty sure it was a bot, but on AIM, hookeupphat (sweetmercifulcrap) sent me a link ending in .scr. He said was it good enough for a website so i said ok, let me check. Downloaded it, opened it and then AVG popped up saying there was a virus. Still, the virus now continued to send links out to my contacts randomly. Then, it turns out its a trojan agent downloader thingy. Aaaanyway, I went into safe mode, ran adaware, spybot, microsoft antispyware, killbot and AVG. AVG found and put the files in the virus vault. But still, the links sent out. AVG still said the files were infected. wait, i just thought, infected might mean the files are infected. anyway, it still sent out the link, ranging from scr to pif. this time i went into safe mode and ran an msdos that avg recommended. that brings me to now. I need help people, bad.

well avg at first found 3 viruses in my original scan and they are deleted. this aim fix found the svchost.exe file. so hopefully it'll be gone. thank you soooo much, i'll report back later
