1. "Duffless", from season four.
2. I'm sure you can....though technically speaking, I think we're not supposed to link to downloads here due to legal issues. The website Simpsonscrazy.com has a lot of the songs though, so you may want to try there. If not, at least you know the episode title, so it'll be easier to find.
