I don't know if it's just me, but you have a background with with greyed out text. I have a really hard time reading it. I am also having a hard time seeing the design. But from what I am looking at right now, it looks ok. Your navigation is functional. I would try a different background scheme. Keep it up!

I really don't like it. That JavaScript menu is really annoying, and it offers no function to those of us who have JavaScript turned off for untrusted sites. After I allowed krustylustudios.com - even only temporarily - I found the blue links. They should definitely be a dark shade of gray, possibly the shade used for the title. That "Channel6News" thing is also annoying to me; it detracts people from your sites content. In the media menu, "Music" is shown twice.

As for your content, it's not that bad. I particularly like the artifacts section. But there's so little content, especially since you've got five people working on the site. I see no purpose in having any other people help out, especially another five, as it says on your jobs page.

You really should've waited until the site was finished and had enough content so that you didn't have to ask for donations before you opened the site.

There's not much content, but what is there is pretty good. The design, however, is not that good. It's really annoying to read grey on grey. there's also the javascript thing that menthol mentioned.

What little content there is seems solid, I like the artifacts section the best. However, I think you should've waited until you had more content to open. The design is fairly boring and unattractive, the fact that there's no Simpsons images in the banner really doesn't help. The text is very difficult to read and really annoying as well.

The artifacts section is ripped straight from the Guide to Springfield book. You should make the text a darker grey, and the links a little bolder in colour.

We are experimenting with new colours for the text all the time. We have tried alot off colours but it looks best with the onewe currently have but we will still be looking at new colours.

Just use darker versions of the text colour you have now. And there's nothing wrong with black text on a white background, 80% of all websites use that.
