Great work, Menthol Moose! I am studying constitutional law in college currently and I can't wait to show that to my con law professor tomorrow. It's detailed, thorough, and complete.

BTW, you missed the thing about Homer licking off the part of the Bill of Rights that forbids cruel and unusual punishment (Make Room For Lisa).
