In Amongst the Simpsons DVD Sets, nice little secrets are hidden away. So, I figured, why not start a thread to list all these little goodies so they can be enjoyed by all? I'll post a list of the ones that I know about and ones i find on he internet, feel free to add to it, and i'll try to update this thread with any extra ones you guys dig up. Mods feel free to add stuff in here too!

Also, if you believe that an egg you find is region specific, please mention that, so that people in other regions can check their sets.

Never could find this one. Help appreciated.
Your season 5 eggs are the same
There are two sketches on season 4 on the menus for Homer's Triple Bypass and Krusty Gets Kancelled
Krusty Gets Kancelled - 35
Homer's Triple Bypass - 2(enter)40
Possible alternate codes here (http://www.snpp.com/guides/dvdguide.html)
Also look on that page for info concerning controversy around season 5 James Woods outtakes, R1 appears to have a pencil appear during the episode's commentary, R2 can be accessed by highlighting 'Play Episode With Commentary' and pressing right
Also, another season 6 egg, disc 4, highlight 'Play All Deleted Scenes With Commentary(I think)' and press right to access the 'squirrel drawing' from THOHV. There is some minor controversy about pressing enter during the episode like the James Wood stuff.
Too confusing, hope I helped.

I've found 1 easter egg on 6, if you watch Treehouse of Horror V, and then go up and press the production code on the picture after you're done watching, theres a little animation on the extras panel.

s6: go to the "Who Shot Mr. Burns pt. 1" menu, and press play episode. Then, while the episode is playing, press menu, to go back to the episode menu. Then push upward. The production code will be highlighted. Press enter/play/whatever. There are gunshot sounds, and bullet holes appear on the screen. It's kinda cool.
