I'm just curious to what would be the most valuable pieces of Simpsons Merchandise you can get. Here's a few I know of:
Animation Cels
Actual Episode Scripts
Pinball Machines
Limited Edition Items from circa 1990
Personally Signed Items
Limited Edition Comics
Any more people know of?

Anything autographed by Matt Groening himself.
Amen, or really any person releated to the Simpsons for that matter.
The lesson is never try

What if it's one of the hunderds of nameless animators working in Korea?

I nearly bought a picture on eBay signed by the whole cast, got outbid at the last second though. I also know a guy who has one of those Simpsons pinball machines. I want one of those more than you can possibly imagine.
What about Simpsons Comics #100 (US edition) signed by Bill Morrison?
I know the comics are crap but still...

I think all merchandise produced for the 300th episode is or will be worth something.

I got a Homer 12 inch plush that was produced for the 300th episode. And I think the Season 6 standard box that was a mail in will be worth something soon.

In 30 years or so WOS Series Figures (especially the first in the line), will be just as expensive as Mint 1977-8 Star Wars Figures.
In fact, I whole lot of this stuff's value will rise tons once the show has finished.

Matt Groening himself would probably be the most valuable Simpsons' collectable...
There's gotta be some fans obsessive enough to kidnap him and put him in mylar packaging.... kinda like Comic Book Guy would do....
