I don't really know what you mean. Stretched texture is what I used but for those squares I made a pattern and filled the stretched layer with it. For a tutorial on stretching texture goto http://pixels.homerize.com/tutorial.php?type=photoshop&tutorial=stretch .

No. Jpegs are cool for sigs etc. Gifs tend not to be in good quality. Most sigs made on here ARE saved as jpegs. That's why I started to ;)

The address is case-sensitive, meaning you have to capitalize the M in Magnum, like this:

Download animation shop v3.0 usally comes with photoshop 6, you can VERY easily make them in there. Also you can add a feew effects in.

It is alot more gratifying when you make your own things, especially when the final result comes out. You may not get it right at first, but eventually you will get better. Try and make your own sig/avatar, the end result will usually please you. And if not, you can just kick the shit outta yourself.

On the subject of software: I've always used photoshop for the fancy bit and done the rest in a program called "GIF Construction Set" by Alchemy Mindworks. Canny little program but I'm downloading Animation Shop 3 right now as I've heard it's very good:D

Yeah, "sorting" isn't a term I've heard used before for 'making something right' so it confused me. We're on the same page now.

Well, it seems I have exceeded the allowable bandwidth for today, so my images will not be available until tomorrow. This means that its probably a better idea that when I make you a sig or avatar, you host it on your own, as it would be reducing the bandwidth used from my site.
